The Beritech BE-1014 Shrimp Grader is engineered to grade shrimp of various sizes, making it suitable for operations both onboard vessels and in onshore facilities. This grader is specifically designed for cold water shrimp, offering a gentle yet precise thickness grading process. It employs a feeding chute that evenly distributes shrimp across two oscillating screens, which feature individually adjustable rails to guide shrimp through appropriately sized gaps.
Capable of grading shrimp into 4 to 7 sizes, the system efficiently separates smaller shrimp early in the process, allowing larger ones to continue to the edge of the screen.
