The Bottom Box Forming Machine specializes in creating bottom boxes for 5 kg cartons, specifically designed for shell-on shrimp packaging. It features an integrated magazine, which seamlessly fits into automatic processing lines, directly supplying lids and bottoms to weighing stations.
Utilizing a pneumatic system, flat carton sheets are efficiently fed from the magazine to the forming unit. Within this unit, one of two pistons undertakes the forming process. The innovative forming head expertly folds and locks the components together without the need for glue, showcasing the machine’s clean and efficient operation.
