The BE-5551 works as a continuous three-stage process. The system can be installed directly in connection with existing processing equipment, such as the descaler or pinbone remover.
- Collect: Production water containing scales, bones, and tissue is gathered in a collection tank at the point of generation
- Pump: A hose pump transports the material through the system, and can be positioned further away from the processing line to suit the facility layout
- Filter: The integrated drum filter separates water from solid material, discharging the dry fraction while cleaned water continues in the system
