The BE-5351 COMPACT PRO processes salmon and trout through a controlled cutting sequence with guided positioning. Its patented Guided Cutting Motion adapts knife paths to each fish’s size and shape.
Fish are fed through the machine and processed using synchronized belt movement and cutting mechanisms that ensure accurate positioning throughout the filleting process.
