High-Purity Process Piping
AISI 316L electropolished piping for product-contact and high-purity applications. Orbital TIG welding with digital weld logs, full material traceability and pressure testing. Designed to ASME BPE and EHEDG requirements.
Utility Piping
PW, WFI, Clean Steam, cooling water and condensate return distribution installed to GMP standards, with complete weld documentation and IQ/OQ documentation as part of the standard scope.
Gas Distribution
N2, CO2, O2 and specialty gas lines distributed through dedicated, material-certified piping. Instrument air and vacuum systems designed for continuous, uninterrupted supply. Complete pressure testing, leak documentation and traceability.
Solvent & Chemical Distribution
Double-contained distribution systems for solvents and aggressive chemicals. Designed for ATEX compliance, leak detection and safe handling in regulated production environments.
Cryogenic Distribution
Vacuum-insulated piping for liquid nitrogen distribution down to minus 196 degrees Celsius. Phase separators, pressure control and oxygen depletion monitoring integrated as part of the complete scope.
Structural Steel & Access
Pipe bridges, platforms and support structures fabricated and installed as part of the piping scope. Fabricated to EN 1090 EXC 2 and EXC 3 with full material certification and weld documentation as standard.
