OP Stål A/S Joins Beritech Group

Beritech Group has acquired OP Stål A/S—Olsen & Pedersen Stål A/S—formalizing a working relationship that has spanned years of collaboration on projects for some of the most demanding clients in the industry.

Founded in Ringsted in 1986, OP Stål has built a strong reputation over nearly four decades in stainless steel, carbon steel, welding, prefabrication, assembly, and surface treatment. The company operates one of Denmark's largest pickling and electropolishing facilities, employs around 60 skilled professionals, and holds ISO certification.

The acquisition changes the ownership structure, not the operation. Niels Olsen and Knud Svendsen remain in place, with existing client agreements, contacts, and ways of working continuing as before. OP Stål retains its name and identity.
