We are pleased to share that Nordic Engineering is now part of the Beritech Group, a Danish, owner-led organisation with strong growth and a proven track record within turnkey solutions for the pharmaceutical and food industries.

With this strategic acquisition, we build further on what we do best. Nordic Engineering brings strong expertise in long-standing agency partnerships and component solutions for the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries, as well as in engineering and project management.

For Beritech, the acquisition is part of our strategy to grow capacity and extend our value chain. With Nordic Engineering on board, we strengthen our focus on component sales and service, an area we are actively expanding alongside our turnkey solutions.

For Nordic Engineering, becoming part of the Beritech Group provides additional resources and support to further grow engineering services and expand the company’s role as a trusted supplier of critical components, solutions, and service.

Importantly, the entire Nordic Engineering team remains in place, and both Jens Juhl Eskildsen and Anders Krumm Knuhtsen, who have co-owned and led the company until now, will continue as part of the business.

This means that our customers and partners will continue to meet the same people and work with the same contact persons as before – with the same commitment to close collaboration, high quality, and dependable delivery.
