Beritech Wins EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2025 – Region Nordjylland

We are proud to share that Beritech has been named the winner of the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2025 award for Region Nordjylland.

The regional award show took place in Aalborg and brought together entrepreneurs, business leaders, and partners for an evening celebrating innovation, ambition, and the entrepreneurial spirit that helps move Danish industry forward.

For Beritech, this recognition is not just about performance or results. It is a milestone that reflects the journey we have been on, and the values that have shaped us along the way.

Beritech delivers process solutions, tanks, and machinery across multiple industries, including pharma, seafood, food, dairy, and chemical production. We support our customers throughout the full lifecycle of their facilities, from new builds and installation to maintenance and service, and we can contribute as a partner on individual scopes or take full responsibility as a turnkey supplier.

Our ability to deliver across industries and disciplines has been a key part of our growth. But what truly makes the difference is not technology alone, it is the people behind it.

At Beritech, we are known for competent, committed, and action-oriented teams. People who take ownership, move quickly, and go the extra mile to find the right solution. That culture is a major reason why we have been able to scale rapidly while staying close to our customers and maintaining high quality in delivery.
The Beritech of today is also the result of a long-term entrepreneurial journey. The original Beritech was founded in 1995. In 2011, it merged with another company. In 2020, Beritech was re-established as an independent business, marking the beginning of the growth journey we are continuing today.

Since 2020, Beritech has grown from 23 employees to more than 700 across the group.

Growth has never been a goal in itself, it has been the outcome of building a business that evolves alongside our customers, combined with the courage to think differently, take responsibility, and act when opportunities arise.

Even as we grow, we work hard to preserve the agility and decision-making power that define an entrepreneurial culture. Short paths from idea to action allow us to respond quickly, both internally and in collaboration with our customers.
