Installation & Commissioning
From First Bolt to Qualified Operation.
When installation fails, projects stall. Timelines slip, commissioning is delayed and operational budgets take the hit. You need people on site who understand not just how to install equipment, but how everything connects – and what is at stake when it does not.
Full or Partial Scope
Installation That Understands the Full Project.
When the team installing your system also understands how it was engineered, fabricated and will eventually be serviced, nothing gets lost on site. Interfaces are managed. Documentation is complete. And the path to commissioning is clear.
We take on installation and commissioning as a standalone scope or as part of a complete project delivery, regardless of the supplier or origin of the equipment. Either way, you get specialists who understand the full picture and take ownership of their part in it.
Installation Scope
The Complete Installation Scope.
On-site installation support is available for a wide range of equipment and systems, regardless of whether the equipment was supplied by Beritech or another supplier.
Mechanical installation
Piping, equipment and systems installed by certified welders and fitters. Material traceability and weld documentation maintained throughout.
Electrical, instrumentation and automation
Electrical installation, instrumentation, I/O loop testing and automation integration delivered as part of the complete scope.
Hook-up and process integration
Planned and executed in close alignment with ongoing production, keeping timelines on track and disruption to a minimum.
Commissioning and handover
Functional testing, instrumentation verification and I/O loop testing through to FAT and SAT. Documentation prepared for structured handover to qualified operation.
Welders Academy
Only the Best Work on Your Project.
Every welder and fitter assigned to advanced process installations at Beritech completes a mandatory two-day assessment before being cleared for site work. It is not enough to be experienced. You have to prove it.
The assessment covers the specific demands of complex process environments, from material handling and weld quality to documentation and compliance requirements. Only those who pass are cleared for on-site work on advanced process installations.
For you, it means the quality standards we commit to in the workshop carry through to the final weld on site. No exceptions.
Beyond Equipment. The Full Site Scope.
Getting your facility to qualified operation is rarely just about the process equipment. Delays most often happen in the spaces between – the utilities, the civil works, the building services where nobody has clearly taken ownership.
When responsibility is divided between multiple contractors, your timeline slips and your compliance documentation becomes fragmented. You end up managing interfaces that should never have been your problem.
With one point of contact covering the full commissioning scope, those gaps disappear. Plumbing and pipework, HVAC and ventilation, floor preparation and casting, electrical installation and instrumentation – all available as a standalone scope, regardless of who supplied your equipment.
When Multiple Suppliers Share the Same Site
We Fit Into Your Project, Not the Other Way Around.
In complex greenfield projects, there is rarely just one supplier on site. Equipment comes from multiple vendors, timelines overlap and coordination becomes critical.
We are experienced in working alongside other vendors, contractors and project managers as part of a larger project team. We take ownership of our scope, coordinate our interfaces and deliver our part without creating complexity for yours.
New Builds and Live Environments
Live Environments Require a Different Kind of Discipline.
Installation is executed in both new facilities and existing production environments. In live facilities, schedules are planned around your ongoing operations to minimise downtime while maintaining full quality control and documentation throughout.
And when the installation is complete, the relationship does not have to end. Our service and aftermarket teams are ready to keep your systems performing throughout their operational life.
Available Across All Sectors.
Certified. Experienced. Accountable.
The difference between a smooth handover and a delayed one is the people you have on site.
