The output is a scoping document. From there, one team delivers—whether the scope is a single skid or the stainless infrastructure of a full process section.

Consistency across every scale.
Beritech engages at four physical scopes within a dairy plant. Each is delivered to the same hygienic engineering standard—only the surface area of the project changes.
Replacement of an end-of-life tank, addition of a buffer silo, or a single fabricated vessel for a discrete process step. Designed, fabricated, FAT-tested and installed without disrupting adjacent production.
A self-contained process module—a CIP skid, a balance tank skid, a dosing or blending unit—pre-fabricated and wet-tested in our workshop, delivered as a bolt-in unit ready for tie-in to your existing utilities and lines.
A discrete section of a dairy plant delivered as one project: a tank farm, a CIP system, an ingredient preparation area, a hygienic transfer network. One set of P&IDs, one schedule, one commissioning hand-over.
Larger turnkey deliveries where the project's centre of gravity is in the stainless infrastructure—a cultured-products line built around tanks, fermenters and hygienic transfer; a creamery's storage, silo and CIP backbone; the receiving and storage section of a powder plant.

Single-source responsibility for the stainless scope—from design and fabrication to commissioning and documentation. Applied where value centers on tanks, hygienic transfer and CIP.
Retrofits & upgrades
