At Beritech, apprentices are seen as the skilled professionals of the future - and we invest in them accordingly. We currently have students and apprentices in stainless steel metalwork, industrial technology, warehouse and logistics, and technical design.
From projects in Denmark and abroad to rotation across departments, our apprentices gain broad professional expertise and versatility - along with the insight, knowledge, and confidence that can only come through practical experience and professional guidance.
Our programme for both apprentices and trainees includes:

- A buddy for day-to-day guidance

- Ongoing follow-up through school visits and one-to-one meetings

Learn across locations
Multiple locations and endless opportunities.
We offer apprenticeship and trainee positions at several of our locations in Denmark, giving you the opportunity to start your career close to where you live.
As a blacksmith apprentice at Beritech, you can choose between our locations: Nørresundby and Kalundborg. Rotation is a fixed part of the apprenticeship programme, which means you will work from different locations during your education.
The tasks and challenges vary from site to site, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills, broaden your experience, and expand your professional competencies even further.
Across our locations, we have extensive experience in welcoming apprentices and trainees — ensuring that you get a strong start to your professional journey.

We expect you to take responsibility in your role as a student or apprentice — and to be motivated to develop both professionally and personally.
At Beritech, we encourage our students and apprentices to follow “The 10 Apprentice and Trainee Guidelines”:
1. Be on time
We start the working day together, and your colleagues count on you. Arrive 10 minutes early so you are ready from the start - it shows respect and commitment.
2. Bring a positive attitude
Meet the day with good energy and curiosity. A positive mindset is contagious - and you learn much more when you are open to it.
3. Ask questions
We do not expect you to know everything from the beginning. Quite the opposite. Ask questions, stay curious, and take a moment to think things through before asking - it will help you learn even more.
4. Ask for help
You are part of a team. Use your colleagues - they are happy to share their experience with you. It is better to ask one time too many than one time too few.
5. Make an effort
Someone is paying for the work we do, so quality and efficiency matter. Put your phone away, be present, stay engaged, and do your best with every task.
6. Think ahead
Plan your tasks so you make the most of your time. Think about what you need, how to solve the task in the best way - and how you can become even better.
7. Be respectful and responsible
Clean up after yourself every day. Take good care of tools, equipment, and materials. Show respect for your colleagues and managers - you can learn a lot from them. Remember: the impression you make also matters outside the company.
8. Take part in the community
Be an active part of the team - both professionally and socially. Ask if you can help, take responsibility, and contribute with a positive attitude. We succeed together.
9. Speak up if something is not working
If you experience something that does not work, or if you have made a mistake, say it out loud. We learn from mistakes - and the most important thing is that we correct them quickly and together.
10. Give and receive feedback openly
Feedback is a gift. Listen with an open mind when you receive it - and be honest and respectful when you give it to others. That is how we all develop.
